French gastronomy that will take you to the stars!
Led by talented Japanese chef with Michelin-starred experience Satoshi Horiuchi, this new gastronomic restaurant in Paris entered the Michelin selection shortly after opening.
The chef revisits French gastronomy with panache and modernity, while respecting small-scale producers and the seasons.
In a romantic, elegant setting, savor gourmet French cuisine of the highest quality, where you'll reach for the stars with every bite...
For starters, white tuna served in a shellfish broth with green asparagus, or radishes sprinkled with African bottarga in a salicorne sauce.
Then a roasted Challans duckling with carrots and mustard duck jus, or a fillet of brill worked like sole meunière with white asparagus and garlic-smoked oil.
And don't forget the gourmet chocolate tartlet topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or the strawberry blancmange.
Passion at the heart of chef Satoshi Horiuchi's gourmet seasonal menu
Welcome to Le Passionné! I'd be delighted to welcome you to our restaurant for an extraordinary culinary experience. After 5 years of working in a lush natural environment, foraging for wild plants and vegetables, I hope to inspire gratitude and sharing through my cooking. By joining the kitchens of Passionné, I hope to cherish all the ingredients and express my passion in the making of dishes.
